Community Music performances & workshops

I believe music should be accessible to all ages and abilities no matter what musical background. Music is a universal language, my mantra is 'Its never too late'.

I am regularly involved in:

Piano in care homes

Piano and vocal performances in care homes in and around Cardiff, playing a variety of genres such as popular musicals, classical/romantic and 50's 60's classics

I am a resident pianist at Care UK - Llys Cyncoed in Cardiff.

Drumming & Percussion

West African drumming and percussion workshops on instruments such as Djembes, Balafons and Cajons. I explore polyrhythms and different rhythmic patterns in large groups of all ages and abilities

Drumming Circles

I regularly facilitate drumming circles with the soul aim of having fun, self expression and I encourage freedom to be creative and to be themselves. My mantra is 'Its never too late', I truly believe its never too late to learn something new musically.

Vocal workshops

Vocal workshops exploring harmony through round singing and a variety of styles such as folk, musicals and pop classics. I workshop music and help others to sing in 3 or 4 part harmony

Beginners Ukulele

Beginners Ukulele workshops to all ages, teaching how to hold, perform and sing with a Ukulele playing easy to follow tunes using 3 chords

Group Piano lessons

Large group piano workshops in groups of 2 upwards. Teaching basics of piano through to more advanced work
